4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 14oz can chicken broth
1/2 water
1 can campbells broccoli cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 lb rotini pasta
Pepper
Garlic
cajun seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese
Place chicken, broth, water, pepper, garlic in covered pan, cook on med-high until chicken turns white, using turner, cut chicken into bite size pieces, turn heat down and simmer, while waiting for water to boil for the pasta
boil according to directions, while pasta is boiling, empty 1lb frozen broccoli cuts to chicken, turn heat back up and cover.
Once pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Add can of soup, milk, stir, drain chicken and broccoli, add to pasta. I mixed in some cajun seasoning.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
